Reduce The Impact On Barriers

Reduce The Impact Of Barriers

General Communication

To reduce the impact of Technology barriers you must update your PC until it is at top speed, but if you are using a Laptop instead of a Compter you should always have the charger around your work station so you can charge the laptop before it goes fully dead, this will help you from losing you work when the laptop runs out of battery.
Also if you do not have internet connection i would recommend you to purchase it, so you can communicate with others over the web and even browse the web for information that is vital to you.

To reduce confusion barriers of the audience by speaking some words and sentences in different languages you must find out if everyone speaks one language and will be able to understand that one language accuratly, you could also get them the people that speak the same languages into groups and explain what you are saying to each group one by one.

Interpersonal Communication
Body language barriers can be reduced by being reasonable to the audience and not laying back on a table/chair or sitting down while you are speaking to an audience, to reduce these barriers you must walk about the room (if you have space) stand up straight and do not be just looking at the one person the whokle time and look at the whole audience.

Written Communication

Written communication barriers can be reduced by proof reading your work before you send it on to a company or someone, this means to read over all your work and look for any spelling mistakes you have made. If a person takes there time when they are writing in documents such as emails and reports etc, you are more than likely going to have proper grammar and the readers will be able to understand what you are saying.
Everyone should proof read their work once they are finished and even get someone else to proof read it also to make sure it will make sense to the reader. The person proof reading your work  should also check the spelling of each word as this will ensure that there are no spelling or grammar mistakes in the document. To make sure that everything makes sense the user should also check that the layout is consistent by using headings, subheadings and bullet points etc.
