My progress is slowly but surely becoming better for my team working skills.

My team working skills have become stronger as I have worked as a team a number of times over the year. For example presenting work to the class with a team etc.

The progress over the whole year has become outstanding as I have become a lot better when I am working with a team.

Target/Goal: To build up my confidence.

Action points:
·       Don’t let any put you down.
·       Talk out more in front of people you don’t know too well to get more confident.

My confidence hasn't really improved much but I can feel that I have become a very little more confident.

My confidence has built stronger as I have been presenting presentations in front of an audience which built my confidence up.

I am quite proud of my progress over this year as I have become quite a good bit more confident than what I used to be as I have made new friends and have carried out tasks in front of an audience.  I watched this video and it helped.




3  Athletic
Target/Goal: To become more athletic.

Action points:
·       Increase doing regular exercise.
·       Train myself also playing Gaelic football for my club.

I have not become more athletic yet.

I have become more athletic by being a member of a gym and also play Gaelic football.

I have also watched this video on increasing lung capacity for running:


This video also gives tips on controlling breathing.

This book was also recommended to me to help my running.

I am now very athletic as I have been doing my own training at the house, going to a gym and also playing Gaelic football for Newry Shamrocks.

Target/Goal: To become more focused on my work and not as easily distracted.

·         Turn phone off while working.
·         Do not talk while you are being told what to do.

I have become a little less distracted as I haven’t been using my phone as much while I am concentrating.

There has been progress over the past year as I have become less distracted and getting on with my work when there is a conversation going on behind me.  I have watched this video and it helped me.

2  Says words without thinking
Target/Goal: To learn not to say silly things without thinking before I speak.

Action points:
·       Think about what your about to say before you speak.

I have improved a little as I do not say inappropriate words as much as I used to.

I haven’t improved much on this as I still say silly things without thinking.

Over the year I have slowly progressed on this as I now think before I say something to make sure what I’m saying is appropriate.

Target/Goal: To keep my temper and not to let other things annoy me as easily.

·       Don’t let people or things get to you and annoy you

I haven’t improved on this at all as I still get annoyed very easily for example when someone is distracting me when I am trying to do my work.

There has been little progress on this but not much as I don’t react as much when someone is distracting or irritating me.
