Employee Attributes
Here are two examples of employee attributes, and the reason they are needed.

General Attribute

Creativity

Creativity is one of the most important Attributes there is because if you are a creative person and you are part of the Rainbow Community, you will have to carry out tasks such as creating images and using your imagination and much more designing. Creativity is a very good skill to have, as you can create different ideas in your mind and then transfer it onto paper, for example designing an image in you head or an idea and then transferring it onto a page by drawing it or simply writing it down. This is very good because the Rainbow community is a very creative business which needs staff that will carry out the tasks that must be created with colours and images and people with creative minds will carry out the tasks properly and sufficiently.

Specific Attribute

ICT Skills

It is important that you have at least the basic ICT skills as you will be expected to carry out different types of tasks, for example some may be using paper and pen or maybe some could be on the computer and you will also be using different types of software so you must know how to use them properly to be able to carry out tasks correctly. For this full time job in the rainbow community you must be able to use the internet and the different tools and functions required to design and complete different tasks properly. You also need ICT skills to be able to update blogs on the rainbow community so others can see and read about it, and also be able to use emails so they can communicate with others when not with each other to help each other out with tasks.

 

Attitudes

Positive

It is vitally important that you have a positive attitude if you are full time or part time in the rainbow community because you can work harder and believe in yourself that you can do better in tasks which will lead to the Rainbow community having more cooperative staff and more tasks completed properly. If you don’t have a positive attitude when you are carrying out a task it will not be done properly which will affect the whole community. Also if have a negative attitude towards your team, for example not giving them positive feedback or saying they cant do something and putting them down this will reflect badly on the community and tasks wont get done properly.

Hard Working

It is important that you are a hard working person if you are part of the Rainbow community, because if you are lazy and don’t put in all your effort into something, the community will start to show that you are not putting all your effort into the tasks etc. But if you are a hard working person and carry out tasks properly and make sure they are correct will make the rainbow community look much better because of its hard working staff.
