Task 3

Introduction

The strengths and weaknesses I have chosen for me to improve on helped me a lot, because I looked at them at thought about how I could improve on these.

Achieved

The weaknesses I achieved over a small amount of time are not being as distracted so easily as I used to be, for example I have been using my phone very little in class which has helped me get on with my work a lot more. I have also improved in my confidence, but it was quite strong before I tried to improve on it,  by improving this even more I built up the confidence to talk to new people and make new friends with people in my class I did not know.

Not Achieved
There are only two or three i have not achieved, for example i have not improved on thinking before i speak because i still end up saying things that i have not thinked about and are wrong or just a silly thing to say etc, i alos have not improved on my team working skills as i have not got the chance to work in a team/group recently as my gaelic season is over and we do very little team work in class.
